at home we watched wreck-it-ralph and we saw turbo at the theatre.

we spent some time in the kitchen and our little chefs helped me make this...

my great grandmother's bread,  peach jam and can our san marzano tomatoes

and this...

spicy squash pickles

the girls each chose a meal for dinner while mommy was gone; so they helped me make this...

 stuffed shells (riley's choice)

   smoked roast beef (janey's choice)

buttered noodles (Aubrey's choice)

smoked ribs (daddy's choice)

after the girls were all in bed, I finished my last night alone on the sofa with this...

we missed you mommy but are glad you were able to get away and visit with your friends.  we stayed busy so the time would go by quickly and also had a little fun along the way.  i enjoyed some really good alone time with our babies.  :)

when you get home, you will be greeted with this...
