Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July!

We had a wonderful day from beginning to end.

{but you can't tell  from our photos!! ooooops....}

We celebrated with our good friends and neighbors.

All the kids look forward to this little yearly tradition of ours.

Days before they are making posters and decorations to celebrate!!

We had a scrumptious dinner, outside play, and enjoyed a few "sparklies" of our own.

Our neighborhood really gets into the Fourth

and the fireworks you see coming from our own backyards

are just about as impressive as the big ones they do at the park!

Luckily we can see the big show from our own yards.

I think it's the the best part of the night.

 And it sure makes getting home after a long day a whole lot easier!
