Strawberry Fool

Quite an odd name for a yummy dessert huh?

Dave found the recipe in one of our cookbooks Big Sky Cooking

and he whipped up a batch today

{yes, he loves to cook!}

the strawberries were perfectly ripe

and "ruby red" as Riley likes to call them

whats a spring time dessert without a

little fluffy cream whipped in

wishing we had saved just a little of that cream

for

the

tippy

top!

delicious strawberry goodness

none the less!

ended the evening with

some reading and

some snuggling

loving that man of mine!
