Riley had an Egg Drop contest at school
The directions were to build a contraption
that would protect an egg
as their fantastic principal hurled it off the roof of the school
This was such a fun project and we all got into it.
We ended up with 3 sponges with the middle of one hollowed out to make a safe little cozy spot for the egg
I think Riley might have enjoyed the decorating of her contraption the most
{picture of the egg being hurled form the roof with a sign that says No I won't break!}
the big day was finally here and Dave and Janey went to watch
(Aubrey was napping so we only saw the pictures)

ReplyDeleteMy daughter school has done that in the past from a helicopter! anyway... now that she is in 4 going into 5 ... they have not even suggested doing it! rats! maybe we will have to do a home school one with my son... and involve the big sister! =)
