{One and a Half}

Yesterday Aubrey turned one and a half.
Did I ever tell you that
Riley and Aubrey share June and
Janey and Aubrey share the 12th?
They think that is pretty special and so do I.

Aubrey and I never went on a date, because, well,
every day is a date with Aubrey.:)
And we decided to skip the sugary dessert.
This might be the last year we can get away with that right?
But we did do the book.
{had some blurriness but had to keep them}
That little sweetie sure does have some expressions doesn't she?
Dave would say she gets that from me.

I used to read the Mrs. Wishy Washy big books when I was in the classroom.
I bought the read aloud versions when Riley was born.
Aubrey loved getting one more to add to her collection.

Here is Aubrey on her first half birthday
What a difference a year makes huh?
Sigh.........

Happy Half Birthday My Sweet
Hope you can feel how very much we love you!

  2. So sweet...I love her excitement!
    That's pretty cool that the girls all share a birthday day and number together! (I always knew they were close!)

    The spoons were just dipped in chocolate and then sat on wax paper to dry. I sprinkled some of the spoons with snowflake sprinkles...but I was short on time so I didn't get all fancy!

    Have a great day!
