aubrey's class went to the apple orchard/pumpkin patch on friday.
she was so excited for this trip.
the weather was a bit questionable but we made it.
aubrey was a little nervous about riding the bus without me
(parents had to meet there because the bus was full) but i think her best friend by her side made it all ok.
this 30 minutes in the pumpkin patch was the sweetest.
running around with complete freedom.
shoes packed with mud.
exploring.
laughing.
i loved it.
sometimes those silly little barn cats can steal the show.
i must admit, it felt a bit strange filling out a permission slip and putting aubrey's name on it!!:)
just one of the many little changes this year is bringing us.
but it's all good.
really all good!
and i'm so very thankful i got to be there.
thank you for sharing your day, your best friend and your apples with me aubrey!
